We have a unique fitness class that is a fusion of Kickboxing, MMA training, and functional fitness in a Boot Camp format. It’s fun and challenging! Every class is different….never the same thing twice!
This class is done in a circuit training format. It is intense and changes all the time. Participants get a full-body workout in about 30 minutes. Exercises can be scaled up or down the “progression ladder” depending on each individual’s fitness and strength level or injury profile.
